SUV Choices similar to Terrain?

So I feel stuck. Im currently leasing a 2015 GMC Terrain. I’ve loved it and was hoping to get the 2018 or 2019 Terrain next month when my lease ends. Unfortunately, there aren’t the terrain deals that I was hoping for when I first started looking in April. I’m really trying to find a payment around $300/month. I’m mostly looking for ideas of some SUVs to look into that can lease well and look nice. My biggest requests are remote start, leather seats and CarPlay. Anything pop into your mind that may work for me?

Jeep Cherokee is about the closest thing I can think of. A little smaller, but not much more so than the current Terrain, and available with remote start, Carplay, and Leather. The limited trim that has the leather may be over $300/mo though. If the Cherokee can’t be done for under $300 the Compass for shure should be do able. I would take either Jeep over the Terrain, they just drive better IMO.

Other than that there’s really good deals on the Tiguan atm, but the SE trim you’d want would be a little over $300 probably. No remote start option that I’m aware of on the Tiguan though.

There’s also the Chevy Equinox which is essentially the same thing as the Terrain, just not as nice IMO.

Buick Envision? I have the essence trim which has push button start sunroof leather blind spot notification, automatic rear lift gate. It’s super nice and drives really smooth. Lots of cargo space w seats down, fits my Great Dane. I considered a terrain but couldn’t get over the push button shifter, I like to have my hand on the shifter old habit from driving stick shift. I pay 340 a month nothing down except 1700 in taxes. Last I checked Buick had good incentives but not sure about this month. The Terrain was a little cheaper offer at 311 a month but I liked the feel of the Buick better.

I’m also in the market for an SUV at $300 a month all in, with Car Play and leather being ideal. I can’t seem to find one at the moment. But maybe that’s just because we’re in the dog days of summer?
