They’re giving you a pretty weak discount- about 4.5% considering the $900 in junk fees they tacked on. Especially since the new 2026’s are coming in.
Personally I would just do a 2026 unless they discount this one significantly more.

Subaru hasn’t made hackable programs in a long time. You’re probably barking up the wrong tree if you want a good lease.
Get VIP and find a dealer that does VIP pricing with no add-ons
High $500s for an Outback looks very painful.
