Or should I get 3.6R with same options for little less @319/ month? It is cheaper to lease due to the higher RV. I plan to buy the car after 3 years though.

I would go with the bigger engine.
Why would you want to purchase it after the lease? Financing the residual is a higher payment than the lease? You could lease 3 for what you’ll end up paying on this one, plus all the maintenance, because Subaru’s have allot of crap that breaks.(head gaskets come to mind). The residual is 2 leases worth of payments, before interest on the loan.
