What about the Ascent? Premium or Base?

I’ve only been getting 3-4 Ascents per month. Base/Premium models have to be ordered. I have an ordered base model coming in. If the customer changes their mind (data says 20-30% of people who order don’t take delivery) then it’s available.

Any Crosstreks in stock?

Only a Premium Model with Package 14. They don’t lease very well though.

Residuals lowered 2-3% and Money factor lowered by 0.00030-0.00050 for July. Solterras at 1.9% financing but $7500 Lease incentive continues. We will continue to be aggressive on the Solterras and our older units.

Conquest program/incentive is just like loyalty but toward different brand owners to switch brand (i.e. from Honda to Subaru, etc).

Subaru Lease Loyalty - 180 days within current lease maturity date. = first payment or $500 if payment is over that.
Subaru Maintenance Plan Loyalty - Valid if you purchased a maintenance plan on a fairly recent Subaru. = $500
Subaru of America Loyalty - Up to the discretion of Subaru of America, call their 1-800 number to inquire. = Usually $500
