my top 2 choices are mercedes GLC300 4MATIC WITH parking sensors. (very hard to find but our garage is tight and we have to turn around a support beam) OR Q5 also with sensors and blind spot detection. GLC is first choice
People here have said the GLC isnât leasing well, and Audis hardly ever do. Have you considered anything else?
F-Pace is probably next on the list? 
Havenât front/rear parking sensors mostly been replaced by 360 degree cameras now? Wouldnât that be more helpful in your garage too?
