Shopping with brokers is also another way to avoid the headache/hassle of shopping and just getting something that is being advertised!
What are you looking for? Help us help you.
I live in Alabama and I’m looking for a good deal to lease a car. Term up to 2 years, not necessarily a new car, ready to consider with low mileage. The main criterion is the minimum price. I read stories that they took cars for up to 100 dollars a month, but I don’t know how much this is realistic.
I suggest you spend some time about how leasing works to have a better understanding. Used cars are not leaseable and the cheap rates you see have many factors that lined up for them to be that cheap.
Quick example:
MSRP of the car:xxxx
Selling price of the car after neogtiating a discount (pre-incentive):
incentives: based off your region/loyalty/etc..to find out what you have/qualify for–become a supporter of the website for all that information.
New seling price: xx
MF: your interest rate–this is set by the bank and can be manipulated by dealer, to charge it higher. How can you know what the base rate it? Become a supporter of the website ![]()
RV: what is the vehicle worth at the end of the lease term–this is non-negotiable and is set by the bank.
-again, there are a myriad of ways all this aligns up to get you the ‘best deal’. If this is ovewhelming, would recommend messaging one of the brokers. @IAC is well known/established on the forum (as they have responded to you)
Size of vehicle? Open to EV/PHEV? A bit more information would he helpful.
The size of the car does not really affect my choice. I don’t consider electric cars and pickups, yes hybrids.
To become a supporter of the website, do I need to make a one-time donation or sign up for a monthly subscription?
I believe its monthly but you are able to cancel (i don’t know the exact terms/guidelines as i am on a monthly subscription and I have found more than enough value for my money spent here)
For a gas/ICE car? IDK if that’s happened since 2018
Anyways look at the south inside Marketplace
