I just wanted to provide my opinion and experience for others regarding selling to a service like Vroom or Carvana.
My 2017 Dodge Durango GT lease end value was $25,350, and Vroom offered me $25,000 (Carvana offered me $23,500). Vroom followed up the next day about the offer, and I said I was hoping for a bit more, and they submitted another offer within minutes for $25,500. I accepted, and after sending in my paperwork and key, I got word that a carrier would be contacting me for pick-up. I met the carrier Monday afternoon at 3:35pm, and Vroom emailed saying my check went out at 5pm. At 10:30am the next morning, I am holding a check for $25,500. Start to finish, one week total time. SUPER easy and great service, and all points of contact were courteous and professional. Excellent experience for me.
