I never received a document, I called the lease end dept to discuss my lease end options and normally waited 30-60mins. They’d tell me over the phone how much buyout was.

Depends how bad, if small my guess is nothing
Take it to a body shop. Is not worth to hope and sweat, body shop will fix it for 100-150 bucks. The guys who do the inspection are pretty easy but this is something they will see and will document.
How did you get past the part on carvana that requires the loan payoff document?
We got the amount through calling the automated system but the site says we need to upload a PDF of an official 10day loan buyout statement
You probably will have to contact Carvana so they can do a 3 way call with your lender that way they can get the payoff amount.

I just received a sell quote for my 2020 BMW X1 for +400 (including DAS)
I just can’t find a good car to line up, not a ton of good deals to be had - I have 7 days.
That is the catch right now. We can sell cars at a premium, but what to replace them with…
I waited on hold for 25 minutes, then I chose the “let us call you back option” and it’s been over an hour so far 
I have never done it with Mazda capital but I did have to do a 3 way call with Honda financial when I sold the car to Carvana. I just don’t know why this company don’t give you the option to get this information in their website or something. If you have chase bank you can also send them a message through the secure messaging they use.
This is for Toyota Financial, I see the payoff amount on the Toyota site but it’s not an “official payoff quote” and when I called Toyota they said what you see is what you get so I don’t think I have a choice but to do a 3 way call.
Oh ok I see. SETF had a bottom to download the payoff and it was the same as the one listed in the website.
I had to call SETF and have them fax a dealer lease payoff amount to Carvana. The one on the website included taxes that dealerships don’t have to pay.
The car I had was a purchase so that is why they accepted the information I sent without calling.
They say your waiting time is longer than 30 min. When you choose for callback it takes them about 3-8 hours (no joke!) to call you back, but they always call back.

I just sold a Toyota to Carvana, no need for 3 way call, provide Carvana’s fax number to TFS and ask them to fax an official payoff letter, they did it for me in less than 12 hours.

Thanks. Does Toyota give them the dealer payoff quote (without the tax)? Do I tell Toyota that I’m looking to sell it to Carvana?
You are telling them Carvava is buying the car when you provide their fax number, they know Carvana is a dealer (payoff no tax added)
