The car is the highest MSRP X3M40i i’ve seen. Has absolutely every option - M Brakes, adaptive M suspension, executive package, Harmon Kardon, everything. Likely one of the highest MSRP demo cars currently for lease. Car has 4883 miles so eligible for loyalty rebates + residual. It’s carbon black with black vernasca leather.
Car has a clean carfax, no issues. Located in North Jersey. Feel free to text with any questions - 973 234 7814

I am not a broker, we are a BMW Dealership in North Jersey. There is no additional broker fee.
That’s roughly 705/month with NY tax rolled in. Seems high given that you can get a similarly optioned new 2019 for 740 with tax included.
Also, I had a dealer tell me that demo miles mean pure abuse for the car, and likely will mean tire and brake change before lease return. Can anyone confirm /offer input on this?
Is the monthly predicated on qualifying for all incentives? I notice you pasted the LH score so if you built this deal in the calculator I would suggest you share the link and people can plug in their own tax rate, relevant incentives etc.
Likely overblown but certainly driven harder than a typical car, especially something like this. The extra mileage is likely a bigger contributor to require maintenance since there is an additional 5K added so you would be over 40K with a 12K lease.
IMO there is nothing wrong with a demo/loaner but need to get it at the right price when compared to new as you pointed out.
