Are you sure this car doesn’t have above 5k miles? I called your dealership a while back and they told me the car had over 5000 miles, couldn’t be leased, and the mileage was taken in August and has gone up since then. The client ended up going for another bmw through me but liked that one.

I asked our Sales Manager about this prior to posting this deal. The car was retired under 5,000 miles. We have the Certified Pre-Owned Inspection report stating it was turned in with 4,921 miles. We’ll send BMW NA a copy of that report exempting the current miles, allowing the 330xi to qualify for a new car rebates and programs. This is one of those car we’ll get an exceptions on. I tripled check with him before i posted this.

It’s a nice deal, not surprised it sold quickly.

I also inquired about this car 2 weeks ago via PM and was told the same thing, car is over 5k miles.

They don’t make manual wagons anymore. Only automatic all wheel drive

LOL! This wagon… I emailed Shelly BMW because this looked like it could be a good deal. The salesperson told me it couldn’t be leased because it was over 5k miles, even though it was advertised at under 5k. He sent me a link to loaner/demo vehicles that could be leased, which, of course included this one. I let him know the car we were talking about was actually in that link, but I was done with them at this point so I didn’t really care. Now it shows up here…

As the lucky recipient of this deal I would like to thank the forum for all the great conversations and knowledge. I would really like to thank you, @ethanMINI, for making it such a great experience. He was responsive and professional the whole way through and dare I say we had a bit of fun too. The car is such a fun drive and was really what I was looking for. The deal went through EXACTLY as advertised, the only thing I didn’t qualify for was the loyalty despite my best efforts to charm a couple extra bucks from the dealer, sorry… just the finance nerd in me.
