How much of a markup on the sequoia?
Allocations are typically sold the Friday after they are announced. When it comes to Sienna they are sold based on highest offer and proximity to the dealer for PMA reason.
Spec sheets for these cars are not available till Friday afternoon. But with the craziness they are sold before the official spec even comes out.

Curious how that works! Do you call down a list and ask people for their highest offer by Friday?

Everyone brings their model code and offer and location. It’s all put into a spreadsheet and if there are more offers then cars the GSM has to make a call on who will get the car.
I brought a $15k offer on the sequoia limited. But it was from Oregon.
Have to add its super stressful to everyone and it’s our GSM’s least favorite thing to do.
Selling all cars at MSRP like the biggest dealer in the area does would lower stress (and profits).
