Yes Rav4 Hybrids are also very scarce and in high demand. No incentives on them.
If you are still dead set on the Rav4 Hybrid I can put numbers together but its not a fun lease. I also can recommend alternatives if you are open to something similar

Socal doesn’t have any incentives on the Rav4 Prime, its cheaper in Norcal this month even if you somehow got a discount from one in Socal
