Tesla insurance is an absolute joke, I’ve been on hold for over 2 hours. Who are you getting the best rates through on higher end cars? Such as Range Rover, BMW M and Porsche.

State Farm was $16K for what I’m paying $5440 on @calbear and I have existing policies with them
There are so many different factors when it comes to insurance and it’s impossible to compare to others. What’s the cheapest company for one person could be the most expensive for someone else. Shop em all and do it every few years.
UPDATE: Geico seems to be the cheapest for me after doing further quote research. It’s still more than Tesla but Tesla insurance is a joke when it comes to customer service
Careful with Geico and high end cars.
They will use non-OEM parts on a brand new car if the parts are available.
I think they have a rider for OEM parts if it matters to you
