OK, I know I’m missing some information but this all I have at the moment. Based on the info available, what do the Hackrs think about this deal. And, what should I ask for…

OK here we go.
Start off, I have 2 payments left on my lease of a 2015 Subaru Forester XT. My payments are 270/mo. I have 44k miles with 30k miles on the lease.

I was offered this initially:
We waive the $300 disposition fee, pay your first month payment , AND pay off the last two payments of your Forester

Lease based on Tier 1 credit with $961.02 down + drive offs ($1500 total), 10k miles per year you have 35 remaining payments of $289.54 + tax = $311.98 OTD

This price includes Subaru’s standard destination charge, and the accessories added by Subaru at the port. There are no hidden fees!

I asked about another dealer “special” They responded with:

Lease based on Tier 1 credit with $1999 total due at signing, 10k miles per year you have 35 remaining payments of $253.82+ tax = $273.52 OTD

Don’t you need 15k/year based on your current 14K over allowed 30K?

Are you going to have to pay thousands for the over mileage now?

Circumstances have changed, no longer driving 15k/ year

The dealership is going to “forego” my milage, or in reality just roll it into my payment…
