I just signed a 3 year lease for my 320i lease yesterday. I forgot to bring my signed paper, so I do not recall the specifics… I will try to edit it this weekend when I go back to my place where I left the paper… I will try to list all the details as much as possible.
2018 320i Black/Black
MSRP was somewhere around 37,xxx. I am guessing it is around 37,500 or so.
Unfortunately, I do not remember the selling price, I saw it but I don’t recall if it was 33K or 30K… Can’t remember… will update this weekend if anyone wants to know.

This seemed to be one of the best deals I’ve received so far so I decided to bite, and the dealer made things easy for me. Walked into sign the paper and got out in an hour with the new car. If anyone wants to chime in on the deal, feel free to do so or would like the dealer’s info, msg me.
I did NOT get the 3 year maintenance warranty package ($850 value I believe) which covers the brakes and rotors. I would like to know opinion on this as well.
Is the maintenance package from BMW? Does it cover all the factory required maintenance that would be required for the term and mileage of the lease? Is this package residualized like Benz?
Thanks! It is definitely reassuring that a fellow leasehackr thinks this is a good deal. Actually wanted to ask, do you think it’s a good idea to get the “maintenance warranty - which covers the brakes and rotors for 36K miles or 3 years whichever occurs first” for $850 or I should be fine with the regular warranty? BMW decided to take out the brakes and rotors starting last year or something…
Not sure if by maintenance package you mean the brakes and rotors or just the regular lease insurance. If the former, no I did not get it as I wasn’t sure if I needed it - but I am still on the fence about it. I also do not how Benz works so I cannot help you there.
OK - going through this right now and, anecdotally, I have to disagree about not needing to do it.
We are 18 months into our 2016 X1 lease, and granted we live in Seattle where there is heavy rush hour traffic, the front brakes are trashed at just under 17k miles. Luckily included under covered maintenance, but just something to be aware of. I have literally never had to do brakes before 30k miles on any car before.
Thank you! Some brokers were offering very similar deals but wanted $1,000 DAS (obviously with slightly lower monthly payments). Figured it’s better to deal with an actual BMW dealer and whom I’ve already leased with.
I feel like I made a mistake last lease by not checking this forum, so definitely wanted to get people’s opinion this time around.
