Signing my first lease deal on an Acura ZDX tomorrow

,

Signing on my first ever lease tomorrow. $510 per month and $1611 DAS for 12k/36 months on an Acura ZDX. That factors in trade being less than what I owe….Not as good as some deals I’ve seen people getting on Lyriq’s and Blazers, but I didn’t qualify for Conquest from GM since every vehicle we own is a Cadillac. While not a Stellar super cheap deal, I’m happy with it.

I moved your post to the appropriate category (since the deal hadn’t been signed when you posted). In the future, posting more than 1d in advance might be helpful.

What is the $1800 in accessories???

Have the zxilon removed. Tire and wheel up to you (OP). Read the T&C’s and decide if the investment is there for you.

Is that a fair value for your trade?

Ok, great, thanks moving it to the correct spot. As for accessories, I’m assuming its paint and interior protection and replacement tires for when it’s returned.

Yeah, im ok with that, its about $1000 more than any other trade offers ive gotten.

Thanks for the advice. Ive not completed the deal yet, there’s a holdup on the dealer end.

I find this curious- you have a disposition of being resigned to accepting this deal and not caring about saving money, but yet you’re here on leasehackr posting about the deal. If you’re serious about getting a great deal, then you should take a huge breath and forget about signing tomorrow.

You do know you can get Benz EQS cheaper than this.

Today, actually.

But I agree… OP, if you don’t have to sign today, perhaps take some time to think through this more.

Have you put together a target deal to see if this is solid? Have you gotten other quotes for your Cadillac? Is there another dealer relatively close by that can offer a similar dealer discount w/ the $1800 in accessories?

I agree with above
Take a breath, the car will most likely be there in a day or two

Make sure you are 100% aware of those accessories. Sounds like you might not have read them. It is wheel and tire protection or just lease end? Deductible? 100% coverage on a tire at 10% tread life?

Really?!? Please share how! Dealer is having issues getting the Acura Finalized with Acura due to incentive issues. So not signing today.

I knew I shoulda posted here first! Not signing today, dealer is having issues with Acura incentives. I have 1 other offer that’s close, it’s a little bit more per month though. This so far has been the best deal with trade I have come up with, after looking at Lyriq’s, Prologue’s, and Blazer EV’s. Not qualifying for GM incentives really sucks! lol

Oh no, I do care about saving money, I should have posted it here before, I suppose, but this was the best deal id gotten so far including my trade, after taking to a ton of dealers and working up offers on Blazer EV, Lyriq, Prologue and ZDX. This group is awesome! Thanks for the reality check, guys!

Check the EQS thread, try to build your own target deal n start sending out to benz dealer around u or get a broker to help u. $0 DAS $500-600 monthly is do able.

Yes, ok awesome. Sounds like you’re willing to hear reason and that’s a beautiful thing! I think you’re experiencing deal hunt burnout, and you’re at the point of “good enough” and willing to settle. Don’t let complacency win.

Definitely check out the signed deals section to see what’s possible on all EVs right now. And of course check out the marketplace to review broker offers in your region. There are brokers here that can have you in an EQS within spitting distance of this deal. The Acura is not a ripe hack like the EQS/EQE/EQB line, anything Chevy, or Hyundai/Kia.

Never assume anything.

How much paint and interior damage have you been charged for on your last few leases?

And prepaying for replacement tires is such a scam. You either don’t need them to be replaced or you prepaid for someone else to get brand new tires after you drove on bald ones.

Deal hunt burnout is exactly the correct observation. Thanks to you guys for the reality check. Different Dealer called this evening. $460 per month. First month due at signing. 24 month/15k miles per year on a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq Luxury 1 demo, including paying off the loan on my trade.

This sound like an ok deal? Considering I don’t qualify for conquest

Got a dealer getting me some numbers tomorrow on a 2023 EQE, I also have an $8500 AMEX fleet incentive to add to that one. He says since it’s a 2023, they’re gonna make a super deal on it, we shall see. I didn’t inquire on the EQS, I live in KY and don’t want to be stuck with an annual motor vehicle property tax on a vehicle valued at $100k (or whatever the depreciated value of it ends up being each year). I appreciate your guys advice! Great community here!

MY2023 EQEs don’t have lease support anymore.
