They do? Please help me. I was finding the higher $4250 in NE and upper MW but not in Deep South. Ended in VA not further south. And not further south of KY. Other areas like GA were at 2500 if not mistaken.

I think you are looking at 2024s there in NE 2024 has 4250, 25 has 2.5k. I think VA for 25s is 4k as well just entered zip code 23505 which is 757 area
In south 25 has 4k
