I thought my previous 2023 EQS 45+ suv deal was amazing but this one just took the cake.

The car: MB EQS SUV 450+ 2024
Lease term/Miles: 24/7500
MSRP: $106,595
Rebates: 20K (Loyalty+fleet+dealer cash)
MSDs = 10
DAS: $2000 down + 5500 MSDs
Monthly payment - $488 including tax (10.25%)
Post sale: $1300 waived disposition and last lease payment on my 2023 EQS with the 13 month lease.

I basically was able to secure the deal in couple of hours by mass emailing many dealerships in the area with my preferred terms and willingness to pay, I didn’t care for the colors so didn’t mention any specific stock.

One manager replied and started negotiated, and I was able to put this together fairly easily in couple of hours all via email. Picked up the next day.

Not sure if it’s a unicorn deal or not, but from all other posts that I’ve seen here lately it seems to be on the better range of deals.

You beat the LH marketplace listings on EQS 450 (non loaner) SUVs, so yeah it seems like a pretty good deal.

Congrats! What qualifies for loyalty - is it an expiring lease by 12/31/24?

Unfortunately not reproducible, but can get within 100 USD per month I believe on the other ones. Still better price than marketplace.

After i gave up on brand new eqs580 2023 msrp $128k with effective $500/m you gave me some hope and can’t wait to replace for deal like that my eqs450 sedan with lease ending in March 2025.

within $100 is still good. Can you pm the contact or the general dealership works too. I’m going to be doing the same email all dealers in norcal and socal soon.

You dodged about $1,000 CA DMV fee on the old car, but how come you show none for this car? And $416 dealer fee seems to be a plug.

Also, you reversed taxable and nontaxable incentives assuming 12500 wasn’t taxable. Is it 10500 Amex plus 2000 loyalty?

I think this is closer to your actual deal (and removed post incentive as I’m not sure it helps others)

Thanks @LAK1ngs , yeah wasn’t able to get to the number in with the contract numbers as they are not same fields so yeah, had to play with it a little.

And yes, definitely was able to get away from another $1000 in reg fees for the 13th month

Is loyalty for the eqs only 2k? And is it enough to have purchased your prior lease at the beginning of this year (May) or does it have to be during the June+ period?

Need a maturity date between June 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 for loyalty.
