Thank you for your deal info
that RV…
Man, that is all in the residual. On a 24 month lease is that the set residual from Toyota nationally? Just reread your post, no not national. Damn, out of state was awesome move
Sale price including the $750 cash back incentive is: $24,602 & depreciation is: $23,951 so about $26/month lol.
If I would have used the standard MF rate of .00285, I would have qualified for another $1k in incentives… meaning the depreciation would have been a negative number.
The car would appreciate in value about $14 every month I drove it.
Unfortunately, the higher MF would have cost me more per month, so end up not doing it.
Nice work!
Did you have to register the trucks in PA to qualify for that region’s lease incentives?
I believe the plural of Tacoma is Tacomi.
No, one is going to FL and the other one staying in DE.
Great write-up. Enjoy!
I thought RV and MF applies to where the car is going to be registered…am I wrong? so 77% RV should have been applied if you are a FL resident?
Yes… you are wrong! Which it’s a good thing.
I’m not the first one to do it either (only thing that won’t transfer is taxes).
As far Toyota, they are more motivated in moving cars in the north east, so they offer a better rate there. I’m only helping them sell more cars where they want to sell them.
Strange I have leased a bunch of cars out of state and every single time the incentives were tied to the zip[ code where the car was going to be registered.....
that’s what I thought so too.
Toyota’s incentives are dealership based. That’s why so many people lease from the northeast.
I live near Philly can you supply the dealers name and contact ?
Anyone have luck with numbers for September yet?
You will need to head Edmunds forum to find out… not sure if Sept #s are out
It’s my 1st time here. But is there a way to negotiate the MSRP price ? So that the payment is lower ?

Most pickup residuals dropped 3%+ for September. I still have good deals on the $38500 msrp taco sport. 240/mo ++
The MSRP is non-negotiable. The selling price is negotiable
