Wanted to share this deal for a while. I was able to get this deal in NorCal late Oct '23 for my gf who’s lease was up in Nov. (Unfortunately I can’t share the dealer).
Brand new MB EQB 250
MSRP: $61900
Discount: 22.52% (contract shows 26.56% but with $2500 amex baked in)
MF: 0.00143
RV: 46%
36 months, 15000 miles/yr
Rebates/Discounts: $7500 EV, $1000 Loyalty and $2500 Amex
Monthly payment with tax: $440/mo
DAS: 1st month payment $440
This is my 3rd lease I was able to negotiate thanks to this forum. Thank you all.
Your incentives in your calculator dont make sense.
The $7500+$1000 should be taxed and the $2500 untaxed, not the other way around.
Your contract is also not $0 due at signing.

Thank you for fixing. I always get mixed up with categorizing taxed vs untaxed incentives.

Generally, if it shows up on the contract it’s taxed and if it’s rolled into the selling price it’s untaxed.

Great deal! Thanks for sharing, did you call up dealers with a price in mind, and just shopped until you got the right one, or did you have a lead/broker?
Yeah, I spoke to multiple dealers and got a quote. I had a number in mind that I wanted to be close to and based on the MSRP I was sharing the numbers I was looking for. Eventually one gave in. It was the end of the month so I was lucky. I think 17-18% discount pre-incentives on these should be fairly easy since they have a ton in inventory. Find a dealer with those. I didn’t go through a broker.
My situation was a bit different in that my gf was totally open to purchasing her existing car at the time which would’ve given her same or lower payment.
What is the $2500 Amex discount? Is the $1000 loyalty discount for having an existing lease?
If you have an existing Amex card, then you get an additional incentive. It’s almost like dealer cash. It’s part of Amex fleet discount. Look it up.
Loyalty is if you have an existing MB lease that expires by Dec 2023. It could’ve changed for this month.

If so , that’s the numbers I was getting for a 36/7.5 so 36/15 is pretty nice.

You can talk to MB Buena Park, they are the ONLY dealer with a Pinnacle at this price in SoCal.
Carlsbad is next but it’s a 63k car.
