Without the negative equity of $5k and $2700 DAS, this would be $735 tax-in.
However, it worked out to be $800 tax-in with my scenario. This particular unit had the $6250 reservation discount on the sticker and I had a supplier discount which worked out to be $2k. Further discounts were negotiated with the dealer.

Out of respect for the dealer and given my unique circumstances, I won’t give out any contact info unless I receive approval from them. will update this post if given

16% off before supplier is impressive. Well done!

Thank you. I feel as though I could’ve gotten this for ~$780, however I’m planning to give them more business and need to establish a mutual relationship. The long-term potential savings outweigh the short-term desires.

That 16% includes $6,250 reservation discount based on his calculator. No?

So there is a 6250 ev discount off msrp and an inflated rv by 7500?

Reservation discount is part of the window sticker. Although I had a reservation, I didn’t have to show anything to get this as it wasn’t part of a program but rather built (and credited) into the MSRP.

Discount was a credit built into the sticker. It’s under Options & Pricing I believe. And yes, the $7500 is added to the RV. Thus, instead of it being ~66% it turned out to be ~74%.

You use the full MSRP of $104k, before the $6,250 and show the selling price that includes that discount. You don’t show $6,250 separately. Based on what you said, you should’ve used adjusted $98k sticker. But then the RV would’ve been messed up, I guess? Am I missing something?

I get your point. Is the rv based on the lower msrp or gross msrp?

Should be original MSRP. His calculator is fine, but the dealer discount is not 16%. It’s 10% plus $6,250 credit.

If true then pretty wild. Are you possibly in indiana? Either way, i would be all over this if i could reproduce the deal. Willing to throw you a referral fee if you’re inclined to help out. Thanks.

Apologies. Guess the calculator threw me off. In any case, the overall numbers still stand, but how they’re reflected may be skewed.

No sir, in Florida. Awaiting on the approval from the GM to go public.

Shiiii, I’ll take this if GM wants to do more.

Yeah makes sense, I dunno why the entire midwest is shafted on lease deals. But you’re probably right the calculator is a bit off 73% RV sounds crazy. But if the outcome is what you’re citing it’s a crazy deal. Congrats.

GMC is calculating the $7500 tax credit as a residual boost.

Congrats! The units with the reservation credit are definitely the best to hack.

Thank you, was a surprise to me since I thought 2024’s were the last model year for the sticker credit.

Another option for those looking is consider one that’s in the CTP (loaner) program. GMC gives something like $3500 for the first 30 days of service and than an additional $2000 at day 60. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.

Excellent deal — you hit the rebate lottery, it will be super difficult to replicate (or even come close to). Congrats, the HEV SUV is sooo much fun, I’ve loved every minute in mine.

Thank you. Another reason why I’d rather not put the dealer on blast without their consent since it’ll be a tough conversation for many. That said, I hope this post sheds light on the ability to get into deep rebate/discount territory with these absolute monsters. This deal requires some hunting and took me about 2 weeks of negotiations to bring it together.
