USBank adds the $7500 to the RV. They also benefit from the $3750 Hyundai gives for purchase which they pass on to the customer as an incentive
Killer deal OP, congrats. Blew out what I was able to get, and anything else being offered in the marketplace by brokers (without using the charge up rebates and similar stuff). Wish I had waited a little longer into the month before I closed mine.

Had to give up the chase of trying to replicate this in MA. Called/emailed 9 different Kia dealership in and around MA an all stated they don’t work with US Bank. The lease pricing through KMF is ok but not good enough to the deals I’m seeing here (Even with the MA MOR-EV credits).
Maybe use the dealer he got? Fly out or ship? Maybe an option

Looked at Niro today (WA st). Just spent a few mins with them, they offered to work something up through manf lease (as opposed to a bank I guess?). Not a lot of the details I think you need, but this is what they came back with.

This was George Gee in eastern Wa. They have dealerships in north Idaho too that they would pull a different color/trim if I wanted. They called me again and wanted to make a deal, I needed to come back with what I was looking for on the monthly and they would try and make it happen. Haven’t pulled the trigger yet.
Has anyone in CA made any progress on this deal lately? would love to hear some more experiences.
Upon completion of lease who owns the lease. Looks like at end of lease the car would be under water by at least 10k.

It works fine. A lot of features for the price. I don’t believe he has inventory currently.
