I have signed a deal for 2024 Ioniq 5 SEL in Jul-24. Below are the details,

Vehicle – 2024 Ioniq 5 SEL
Term/Miles - 24 months/12,000 miles
One pay lease – $4676.59 (including all fees and taxes)
Charging – 2 years complimentary with Electrify America
MSRP - $52,850
RV - 61%
MF - 0.0016200

One pay lease amount includes all the EV rebates, dealership discount etc.

I’m in California. For the 2024 Ioniq Limited. Was able to get $1k drive off/24 months/12k miles per year/$389/month (tax inc). Effective cost of $412/month.

What was the MSRP and selling price? Also what were rebates total and residual/mf?

MF and RV changes every month.

July month RV for 24M/12K miles is 61% (and no dealer can manipulate this)

Base MF for this month is 0.00252 and with one pay you get 0.0009 reduction, so one pay MF is 0.00162.

I see every month RV going done (last month it was 68), but Hyundai compensated this month with additional lease rebates.

You can become Super Supporter or can get MF and RV from Edmunds.

Not sure which state you are from, rebate/RV/MF can change state to state.

Hyundai + Colorado state rebate = $19350.
