Signed yesterday with a little USAA incentive blip at last second at Dealer. USAA $500 Credit was embedded into original offer, but when we printed out my USAA certificate - it nixed all M COMP models (including X4MC and M8C) - all evidently being ineligible for USAA lease credit…so original DAS was $3230, with USAA in. I ended up paying $3730 DAS to keep $654 base payment. Can recover the lost USAA $500 through CCA back-end Rebate - if not - can use higher rebate ($1500) on next BMW lease this month or June
2nd payment will be $200 (with $500 FS Credit)…
All-in-all, very happy 
with a seemingly solid X3M Comp deal and an almost free 2nd payment.
