There’s people paying a lot more than that, just imagine.
That’s a killer deal. I have driven the i5 and liked it a lot more than I thought I would. I’m currently on my 7th BMW, in comparison. Congrats!
Wow. Mind PMing me the dealership?
Do we have a calculator for this deal? Having a hard time getting anywhere close to this.
Just turned in my '21 5 series yesterday - which I had gotten a pretty good deal on back in Jan. 2021 ($620/mo. incl. tax, $0 DAS, 36/12k). Not expecting that of course being that the new car is $12K more but the OP deal seems solid compared to the $900+ payments I’ve seen on a similar build.
OP can you send me the dealer info too and if someone did a calculator on this please do share
Use some of the info provided in the post to put together a calculator.
@4Dberdz - Per Edmunds, lease cash is $7500. Not sure if there were other incentives included in the deal.
You can get RV and MF info from Edmunds, or you can DM OP for that info.
What was the pre-tax payment?
Thanks for the breakdown. I’ve got the Edmunds info Numbers still aren’t coming out. I added lease/loyalty of 1500 as well (per Edmunds). Maybe I’m applying the EV cash incorrectly. I’ll keep playing with it. Appreciate the response!
Post an attempt to your calculator here. OP did not list any doc fees or registration fees in their original post. Don’t forget to include that.
This is my attempt. Not sure on dealer fees, any other incentives, etc. Some numbers may have changed slightly from Dec.>Jan. Edmunds resource gave me residual @52% and MF of .00245. Neither great in my opinion. I included loyalty of $1500 too and payment still isn’t close. Whatever I move on I won’t do MSDs either - I don’t want my cash tied up as the $30/mo savings isn’t worth letting someone else make %% on my $4-5K! If anyone comes up with something different or if I royally messed up on the calculator please share CALCULATOR | LEASEHACKR
$360/year savings = 9% return if $4k MSDs
$360/year savings = 7.2% return if $5k MSDs
If you’ve got investments with a 9% guaranteed return, please share.

Total Rebate was 10k with the $7500 lease credit

Payment pretax $639.27
Due at signing is $200 off.
Your calculator shows a $1700 down payment. If that is accurate, then you should probably update your first post.
1st Month Payment: $700
Down Payment: $1,700
Upfront Fees: $85
Upfront Taxes: $1,120
This is DAS from the calculator
Like I said it’s $200 over what I paid
Thanks for posting. Looks like MF and RV took slight hits for Jan. Appreciate you sharing. Enjoy the ride!
Thanks for updating this info. It provides a clearer picture to others looking at leasing this car.
Instead, $1700 worth of Acquisition and Registration was capitalized into the monthly payment so it’s basically the same as 0 down. I would do TTL fees upfront because those are not subject to sales tax if you pay them upfront, where as if you roll them into the monthly payment, it will be taxed.
