Im actively trying to work a deal on the same car with similar numbers. I cant get the leasehackr calculator to come up with your monthly payment putting in the info you listed. I get a pmt of $829 with $1592 due at signing. Trying to figure out what I have input incorrectly. Trying to verify a deal I am being offered. MF is same.

Costco and loyalty don’t stack with VIP (15%). So to get that, discount would’ve been closer to 10-12%, but this actually works better because the incentives are taxable so OP saved money on not having to pay taxes up front on the extra incentives
Decent. They marked up the MF a lot, though - almost 2% in APR over buy rate. Beautiful car though, I just got a P+ in plasma blue
Was told Loyalty is now 14% and does not stack with Costco.
Buyrate MF for most states is 0.0235. CA and a handful have the 0.00205. Only few days left to end of the month.
