I reached out to a local dealer at the beginning of March with my number at $615/mo with first month payment DAS, 36 months, 10k/yr. They balked, in fact the lowest they would go was $758/mo with $2k down. I passed. I gave it a few weeks and then cast a net to most of the dealers throughout the state with Type S’s with my same offer. After some back and forth I got two dealers to tentatively agree. I called the local dealer back and said I was heading to X dealer in the morning to sign at this amount - am I going there or am I going to you? They called me back a few minutes later agreeing to it.
Virginia taxes aren’t great but, overall, I’m pleased with the deal. It’s a ~$250 savings over my current car, which still had 3 years left on the car note (financed).

Total Incentives: $11,500 ($7500 EV tax credit, $4k Conquest)
They bundled all incentives (aside from EV tax credit and conquest) into the discount, I assume for tax purposes or for ease of writing up the deal, not sure.
