Nice deal. How is your experience with the car so far?

It’s certainly the most luxurious car I’ve ever owned/leased. It’s got a ton of power, it has lots of space for the fam, it’s smooth and quiet, and the sound system is outstanding. If it was a true Acura (and not a GM-built car) with the usual service support, I probably wouldn’t hesitate to buy it out. However, it seems as though it’ll be a one and done model (maybe even just one model year), so I’m concerned about long-term support.

I got the same car in April. I’m happy with it for the cost, but coming from a Tesla I have had to sacrifice… The app is shockingly unreliable–a complaint echoed by all ZDX owners (it’s absolute dogshit–truly surprising Acura tolerates this experience for an app on a premier vehicle). It’s also a quick car, but I believe Acura is up to some skullduggery with its supposed 490 horsepower; it just does not pull hard at low speeds. I believe they deliberately cut its power at the bottom so that the contrast with the 500 horsepower Type S is more noticeable. It’s great for passing, but quick at the lights it really isn’t.

It charges slowly for a car with a 100 kwh pack.

It is a lot of car for what we paid, though (I also got a nice one-pay on mine). I don’t regret the buy. Anybody who paid MSRP should be crying themselves to sleep, however.
