how’d you manage the 16% off MSRP? I assume that’s before any incentives. surprised the dealer knocked down the price so much on a newer MY19 car with upgrades. was it a loaner by chance? something else off about it or dealer was just feeling generous & wanted to move some inventory?
It is not a loaner. It’s a brand new car and we did not even test drive that specific car before taking delivery it had only 23 miles when we picked the car up. So the whole deal went on like we were looking for a 2018 c300 with amg line because in order to be around $400 that was the only option with great discount we were able to push the dealer. So one dealer gave us a quote for a 2018 model at around $380 pm and around the same msrp. And we went to a dealer nearby to see if he has a 2018 and willing to give a same deal. And he replied that he dint have a 2018 but he can give us the same discount on a 2019 but with a $450 pm so after some negotiations we got it down to $410 and signed it.
He probably means “AMG Line”, I believe it is something new, but not positive (it’s on MB’s website, just do build your own and you will see it).
Nice car, i’m probably going to pickup similar when my C43 lease is up.
