Is this a decent deal?

Too late to ask if it’s signed. Enjoy the car.

Only other thing worth considering is buying it out immediately.

Buy it asap. Not a good deal.

Any reason you didn’t just finance it?

:astonished:
Is it such a terrible deal? I didnt consider financing because the monthly was way beyond my budget even for 72 months.

Also, I went across several dealers and this was the best numbers I saw, with others in $710 range after ~$4500 down (and for XLE model at ~$38K MSRP was around $600 per month with ~$4500 down). So, I thought this was decent number :frowning: .

What would have been a good per month number with $4.5k down?

And, why do you suggest buy back? Wouldn’t I have to pay the entire lease term (~$22K + Residual of ~28K + tax ~$1.8K which would come to a total of ~$52K) for a car with ~$44K MSRP?

Sorry, I am a beginner, please share your advise.

Should be getting over $2000 off msrp. If not text me. I’d be in the 600 range on a lease also without that down payment

I agree you should buy it or lease the prime xse to get the lease credit

Toyotas are seldom good lease deals. They hold their value pretty well, though if you finance one.

I don’t understand why you are comparing the finance monthly payment to a lease monthly payment. At the end of your lease, you will be returning the car and have nothing to show for it.

I would strongly suggest doing some researching to understand how a lease works.

No, you don’t have to pay the unearned portion of the rent charge (35/36ths of it if you buy out this month).

0 down with 600 will be good. I will never pay that amount for a RAV4. You could get a BMW for this number

I’m in Philly, but leasing a rav4 xle hybrid in the suburbs. $1,800 foff and $465 a month with $2k down. Should be in any day.

What model? Maybe an X1 but not an X3.

Based on what?

There are cars to lease and cars to own. I’m not sure how you concluded the RAV4 hybrid is in the former category?

RAV4 is a car you buy and keep for 25 years.

Unfortunately this is not a good deal. You could have easily leased a luxury SUV for this price. You put $4,500 down. I would recommend any of the brokers on here if you are not familiar with leases.

What do you consider a luxury SUV? Feel free to share a link to a deal for such a vehicle with 15k miles per year.

If you adjust the mileage to 15k/year, the payment goes up $770+. Let’s also not forget the $899 broker fee.

EDIT: The deal also includes MB loyalty. So without it, the price will even be more than what I posted.

EQB with no Loyalty will cost less than the Rav4.

A new EQB for 15k miles/year? The link you shared shows loaner deals with mileage terms of 7.5k/year.

You can own it over 4-5 year cycles and your effective monthly payment will still come out way ahead of consecutive leases.
