About 3 weeks ago, I had negotiated EV RS AWD for under $5,400 but decided not to pursue, after posting if I should or should not buy. See link below. However, after the Labor Day weekend, the in-laws car broke down and they were in need of a new car. They spent a week or so looking at various cars (mostly Japanese) and after a lot of convincing, they decided they could live with driving a Blazer EV especially at the price they would be potentially paying. Reached back out to the dealer with under $5,400 deal and refactor for the in-laws. Wife and I took her parents to go sign for the car and while at the dealership, she went for a drive with her parents in the car they were picking, she decided we should get one as secondary hauler vehicle for our son and his friends for after school activities and sports. With an additional car to be purchased, we were able to negotiate an additional $400 off for each of the car, which gave us the cap cost listed above.
