Signed: '24 Dodge Hornet RT Plus | MSRP $52,180 | 24/10 | $96.68/mo $96.68 DAS (DEAL IS DEAD - NO MORE INVENTORY)

Yup, don’t feel sorry for them. I’ve been chasing both Hornets and Tonales and i’m late to the game. The dealers that still have inventory are the ones who don’t want to discount much. There’s a dealer near me with 3 2024 Tonales and won’t go much beyond 12%

Someone really thought a $52k Hornet was going to sell well?!? I understand the Tonale and making it look “up brand”, but a $52k Hornet?!?

Everyone else found a way to move their MY23s a loooooong time ago…

Dealing with Dodge/Alfa has been a pretty poor experience. I’ve literally had dealers tell me they can’t lose that much etc. Today my local Alfa dealer told me that they’ve never discounted a car that much?!? (I asked for 18%)

Dodge dealer insisted on $3200 of bogus add-ons and whenever they removed something they’d jack up the MF like I was an idiot and not pricing out the total cost of the lease.

Lots of games, shenanigans, and dealers willing to sit on cars that are about to have multiple birthdays.

Based on Edmunds, it looks like the 24 got a 4% bump on residual.

Yep. I went into this about two months ago for the Charger/Hornet/Wagoneer. Unfortunately, pretty quickly realize why CDJR struggles. Not only are the cars overpriced, but just about every dealership is garbage. Just poor quality experiences all the way around.

There are still MSO 23 GTs out there.

I think the problem might also be that all of the sudden, every other phone call at the dealership is about leasing a Hornet or Tonale.

Anyone know if the recall/stop sale is over? Seems like most dealers took down Hornet inventory on their website.

I don’t believe there is ETA for a fix. Prob easier to estimate for those who need software update vs new head unit.

Probably not super high on Stellantis’ priority list since there’s a dwindling number of 24s out there.

Some need software and those can be updated and sold quickly, while some might need something more complex which may take several weeks. Oddly, it’s not affecting the 25s, so they probably know “what” needs to be updated or changed since it’s already been done on the 25s

I don’t think we’re as prevalent as you might think. There are probably several of us calling, but the fact that nobody is biting unless the car is discounted is pretty telling. The dealerships that aren’t discounting aren’t moving cars

Might be regional, I’m seeing 1% at best, but still hoping that the bonus cash comes back. Realistically, I’m only targeting these vehicles because they’re leasing cheaply. It would be far far down on my list otherwsie

Found a dealership with one for 36/10k $150 m with 150 DAS

Isn’t the 36 Month lease ~$100 worse on a monthly basis vs 24 months? Why not take their deal at 24 months?

Also, still on stop sale until further notice, right?

Stop sale depends on when the car was built. Some appear to be ready to go with a software update, while others need something more complex.

I’ve got a dealer who says they can match if I have a sheet listing out the deal. Any chance I could get someone here to DM me their sheet?

Wasting your time. If they’ll do the deal, they’d do it without the sheet.

How many Dodge dealers have you been to? I played this game last week before end of month, it’s not easy working with them.

If that’s true, knowing a little Photoshop could get everyone a unicorn deal.
