Due at signing: $3,000 total out of pocket
Dealer covered the first month so the $3k was essentially cap reduction and fees.
Adjusted cap cost: $62,279
Total depreciation: $15,831
Total rent charge: $6,572
So-California deal. No trade in.

If anyone’s interested - I was able to get a very similar deal on a comparable model with a similar MSRP. I reached out to multiple dealerships, but only a few were willing to work with those numbers.
A more realistic deal looks like $3k down and about ~$650/month for 10k miles over 39 months. If you negotiate well, you might be able to get it closer to $620.
