Easieset one yet - just started with my local dealer to verify their online advertised discount (8%+) was legit (before incentives) and then asked them to write up their offer. It came back at $402/month after first month + fees down ($1500). No games or shenanigans. Able to sign everything except DMV before pickup.

That was their last EV9. They gave a $6k discount before incentives. With the 13k lease cash this deal should be replicable as long as the dealer doesn’t mark up money factor and limits shenanigans.
