If there’s one thing GM won’t skimp out on, it’s strong AC! It’s unfortunate that some three-rows like MDX and Q7 do not offer third-row vents, let alone 5-zone climate control.

Congrats on the new ride!

How do you like your cars so far?

These look great and if we get Lyriq-like rates on them it would be an amazing deal.

I was able to replicate this deal exactly, thanks to OP!

I’m a few weeks in - love the size, appearance, performance, and luxuriousness. A much smoother and comfortable ride than the Q7 I got rid of. More spacious as well. I feel like it charges kinda slowly and isn’t that, but my point of reference is my ā€˜19 Model 3. Take that with a grain of salt, I can’t tell you much about kwh’s and all that other battery mumbo jumbo. I plug up at night (level 2) and drive my car. It’s very quick in normal drive mode and downright fast when you hit the V button. Supercruise feels more trustworthy than autopilot… but this reminds me that the backup/cross traffic detection glitched on me this week and slammed on the brakes when I was backing out of a parking spot. Dunno what it thought was happening, but nothing around me was moving.

Not the biggest fan of the steering wheel and instrument panel placement. Kinda hard to see the top and sides of the display. Only miss CarPlay a little bit - the media interface and buttons are fine. Audio leaves a little to be desired - 23 speakers but no subwoofer was a poor choice, IMO. That said, the speakers are very clear and the mids and highs sound nice. Regen is strong but peters out quicker than I’m used to. Also hard to inch up in parking spots - the accelerator is touchy.

Overall very satisfied and continuing to enjoy getting to know the car!

Thanks got the detailed review.

I’ll place this in my watchlist.

I honestly had never heard about the Vistiq until I saw this post in the Texas section. My wife test drove it and loved it, and I tried to replicate this deal in Dallas but had no luck. Thanks to Mulholland, I was able to get this car and deal in Houston, and took delivery last night. Looking forward to getting some miles on it!

Trying to get a similar deal in Houston but with a slightly higher MSRP. One Dealer has committed to $6500 discount + $2000 Rebate. Just waiting on the Nimbus Blue units to be delivered. I’ll report back on actual deal in a couple weeks.

I’ve been trying to work a deal out of San Antonio and Houston as well. One thing that every dealer is telling me is half lender tax credits this month (so no 1%). Can’t seem to get a strong discount, even off demos. Can’t get anything to break below $900 on Lux trim.

I’ve had no luck with the dealers in DC. They’re all quoting 1200/month for 36/12 on a luxury. If I want to get $839 I’d have to put $10k down. You boys have it nice down in Texas and Florida. Feels like I’m SOL.

Anyone got any ideas?

There are many brokers servicing the DC area. Maybe one of them can help you out.

Make offers as they apply to you instead of asking for a quote. If you ask what a dealer wants you to pay, they will give you those Bs numbers bc people will bite.

It is crazy to think you can already get 12% off in a brand new model.

Last day of the month. Dealer was already in the bonus.

There’s a post for these in the $750s now. One of the brokers in Florida offering it, so maybe not apples to apples for TX.. but another good data point.

Is this deal still viable? I am in South Texas

Public Service Announcement… be sure to compare the deals ā€œpre-tax.ā€ The tax structure can change the cost dramatically from state to state. Also, trim level makes a big difference as well. Some trim levels have dramatically less advantageous RVs

I did go test drive this car. Really, really nice. A little light in cargo room behind the third row but the false floor means there is more than you would think. Test drive was under pretty much worst conditions possible, sudden downpour when merging onto an interstate uphill in a construction zone. Lots of power and very stable.

I’ll be waiting until they are hungrier to sell, but I might be waiting a while.

I didn’t have as much luck as others. I was able to get about 6% off of MSRP out here in AZ. $833/month pretax and $3.5k at signing, 36/10k. Most dealers in my area were at 1100/month and $5k DAS! Could have done better by going out of state but there was a Vistiq locally that had my exact wish list. Nimbus blue, black roof, sport, 6 passenger. The stereo sounds great if you get a Dolby Atmos source.
