9.4 yr Leasehackr score (not bad in this economy).

I also paid $350 (straight up) for a Frameless Mirror with Homelink. I don’t mention it in the numbers, as it’s not something you have to do to get the deal. It’s just something wifey wanted.

Note: I wanted to do a OnePay with MSDs, but this dealer wasn’t able to do OnePay leases, so I went for a regular lease instead. Would have been around $350 per month effective with OnePay + $3,600 in MSDs (if you can find a dealer that will do a OnePay).

Hey there! Thanks so much for posting this. Brand new around here and to leasing in general. Actually moving to Wisconsin from MN next month for medical residency, so excited to see a great deal since I don’t see much Midwest stuff.

Just want to make sure I am understanding the contract. I see a 2601 cap reduction listed - is that just a dealer discount off of msrp?

I am not an expert on contracts by any means. I think dealers mess them up by small amounts every time. As far as I can tell, that amount is the $2,650 rebate, and it shoud have been listed as $2,650 instead of $2,601. The reason it is listed as $2,601 is because they listed $350 as cash down instead of $399 at the end of that section. So the total is $3,000 (2,650 + 350), but should have been (2,650 + 399.00, so $3,049). That $350 seems wrong, it should have been listed as $399, then item A would have been the full $2,650 rebate.

I could be totally wrong on this though.

I think they just screw the contracts up here and there. Like if you look at this section here:

Where did the $4 difference go?
