SIGNED: 2025 Volvo XC90 T8 Plus | $314/mo | $0 down / $1k trade equity / 0 MSDs

First time LeaseHackr. Thanks to rate finder, calculator and these forums for the guidance — deal was actually pretty easy to get and put together in one afternoon in-person with a single dealer.

2025 XC90 T8 Plus Recharge PHEV

$314/month for 24 months @ 10k miles per year (70% residual value, 0.00309 money factor).

11.7% discount off of MSRP ($75,965 —> $67,076 sales price). I asked for 15% initially, they countered with 11.7% and didn’t want to budge. Claimed this was break even — and I was happy with everything else (particularly the lease terms, which were right on the money and not marked up) and didn’t want to walk away.

$15,250 in rebates ($7,500 in EV Lease Bonus, $3,750 Lease Allowance, $2k Costco, $2k ABA). For ABA, had a legit longtime ABA-member-lawyer-friend send me referral code. No issues (although front line salesman tried to claim I had to be a lawyer myself, before I showed him the ABA Volvo page where it literally says “send a code to someone else”).

$995 in Volvo acquisition fee. $518 in taxes and government fees (SC). $450 in doc fee. All capitalized into monthly payment.

Gave me $1k trade in for my beater (rusty paint, no heat, etc.) 2008 Ford Taurus.

Didn’t do any MSDs. Nothing else DAS.

Comes out to $327/mo on paper.

Dealer (Volvo?) paying first month as part of sign and drive holiday event — makes the effective monthly (23 payments spread over 24 months) $314/mo.

Away from paper contract while traveling for holiday, but can add a later.

Congrats on your deal.

Did you apply the $1k to the deal? If yes, then your DAS should reflect that.

Ah — good call. Yes, after the deal was nearly done, I asked for $1k to apply towards my trade in.

I will update the title accordingly.

Congrats on the great deal. do you think this is replicable at the same dealer?

Very good deal, especially considering no MSDs. Well done!

Strong deal for 2025. 1 thing that bugs me in the T8 is that mine will pause charging if I open the doors or trunk.

I’ve asked — will let you know if they reply affirmatively.

Confirmed, dealer accepting referrals. PM me for details.

Edit: dealer can no longer honor similarly priced deals due to dwindling inventory. I’ll no longer be able to reply to DMs asking for contact info.

Congratulations. How do you like it? Any recommendations on negotiation? Did you go to dealer? Or used a site?

Went to a dealer with my ideal deal in hand. Didn’t use a broker — just rate finder, the calculator and some examples from “signed!” to triangulate a likely % discount from MSRP.

Car wise, I actually haven’t driven yet except home from the dealership due to traveling for the US holiday. Excited to put it through its paces next week.

This is a fantastic deal, well done! Just wondering if you looked into the tax write off for donating your ‘beater’ to charity vs the $1k they gave you? I’m sure it was easier and immediate, but still curious.

Can you post your lease agreement obviously black out personal data, that sounds way lower than I’m seeing. There don’t seem to be any of these T8 Pluses left?

There are quite a few near me.

You don’t need their lease agreement. All pertinent info is listed in the first post.

FWIW, OP’s deal was signed last month. Where are you located? What discount off MSRP are you being offered? Do you qualify for the same rebates as OP?

Folks - Any idea how much lease cash is available for southeast region? I am in NC. Thanks.

I am looking for a broker to help me get a deal. Where can I find one?
