Hi all, was originally looking for a an electric suv but saw some of the luck folks were having with the Taycan. I was able to secure the following, let me know your thoughts on how I did! I was originally in the market for a new one but was getting quoted around $1100-$1200 for 24 month / 12k miles on new lower end base 2025s. Apologies, I don’t have the full calculator plugged in from the deal, but I knew this was a unicorn deal I had to take!
2025 Porsche Taycan Base Demo (6xxx miles)
MSRP: $118, xxx
Selling price: $79,480
$0 DAS, with $710/m
12 months and 15,000 miles
It’s a strong deal. I’m guessing with that price you probably have Premium and Pano Roof as the packages.
I’m more risk averse than risk taker, so I hunted it down for a 24/10 as I have no idea what these will be in 12 months. If I was guessing, these deals will still be out there, but honestly, with my 12/15 coming to maturity, it felt like I was always in market. I’m going to be happy being out of market for a little while tbh.
Great deal! I’m looking to get one this month because my Audi e tron GT lease is up. I’m hoping to get a Taycan as low as in the $500’s if possible I’m being very optimistic
Someone will pull a Taycan in the high 5’s this month. It’ll be 12/15. I think it can be done. It’ll prob be black or white and a shitty spec, but it’ll happen this month.
I think it could be very possible. The key will be to find a 2023 I think demo with very very low miles like under 1k. If you use the “Porsche inventory” page to look it can show you cars. If you also click on the window sticker on the Porsche inventory search it usually shows I think the day the car came in to the dealer. That combined with a low original MSRP and a desperate dealer on 9/29 could make it happen
Is that possible? I ran a ton of numbers the last week and most won’t seem to fund. Not sure if dealers will cut people a check but that seems like the only way
It was a fun car i loved it the only complaint i have was the battery recall issues it kept having it would be in the shop for weeks or a month at a time.
i heard some folks post they had similar issue and basically drove the car for free after the lease got refunded. did you seek that out? my 2024 rs etron gt didnt have any issues outside of needing that brake hose replaced which I never did since I only had 2 months left on lease at the time
Congrats!!! thats a very good deal what area / region/zone did this come out of? And I dont know why I have a hard time finding good deals out of TEXAS/DFW area?
Find a broker that works with Texas dealers. They have tax credits. This is an exceptional price so wouldn’t expect it to be replicated but they can def get you around 1k a month I’d think
I’m in the north Dallas area and have been getting my leases from Austin and San Antonio the past few years. DFW dealers are pretty stingy and don’t stock actual colors apart from the white/black/silver.
