SIGNED: 2025 Mazda CX70 PHEV Premium MSRP: $56,305 - 36/10 - $1,000 DAS - $589/mo (w/o tax)

Hello, just closed a deal on a brand new CX-70 PHEV Premium last night and want to see what others think.

This deal was negotiated with a credit score of 672. Originally, I had negotiated the deal at $546/month before tax ($597/month with all taxes) and $1000 due at signing but according to them, that was assuming I was at Tier I credit. Since my score came back at 672 (my highest out of all 3) I was told the money factor had to go up, so new payment was $588.66/month before taxes ($640.17 with taxes).

I should add I am an Acura customer, so there was no loyalty or lease-to-lease credit that I qualified for. I used to be a Mazda FS customer 6 years ago when I had a CX-5 but it’s been too long to qualify for any other incentives.

The lease calculator doesn’t seem to be applying the tax correctly, since tax is assessed on the monthly payment, but here is as close as I could get: CALCULATOR | LEASEHACKR

What are the incentives that they used for $10,580 taxed and $1500 untaxed?

I’m not entirely sure what incentives they applied besides the $7,500 lease credit.
