The dealer had a lot of GT Lines between their 2 stores. They had advertised 5005 off MSRP when I reached out and took it down the next day on all cars and added 4995 markup on some.
I reached out the GSM via their email and offered 70k on a 78800 MSRP car. This is not the car I wanted, but I wanted to get their max discount number. They countered with 72000 selling price and 1695 LoJack addon.
So I asked to transfer the 6800 discount to a lower MSRP car (the one I wanted) and remove the LoJack addon. They agreed to transfer the discount and offered to reduce LoJack to 995. I felt this was a fair enough and quick deal. I agreed.
The deal was 624/month inc taxes and 624 DAS.
I added 1200 wear and tear since we have a baby and that increased payment to 682/month inc taxes with 624 DAS. I have 60 days to get this removed and recieve full refund. I’ll observe our usage pattern and decide accordingly.
10.5% taxes on incentives, monthly payment and the high RTA fees are typically what make deals look less attractive here in WA.
Very good experience with everyone at the store overall. Once of the easier deals I’ve had in the area.
The lease is not as good as the 660 payment we have on the 93k MSRP EQE (lease ending this April), but for the car and WA market, it’s decent.
EV9 is the perfect large EV with ample space. Drives really well too.
