SIGNED: 2025 GMC Sierra EV Extended Range Denali 24/10, 2500 DAS, $588/m - Illinois

My first time doing a lease and had a few learnings but pretty happy with the results. I was originally looking for a 2026 Elevation trim <650 monthly with <2500 DAS. I wasn’t considering Denali due to the price point but found a dealer with quite a few 2025’s and good upfront discount and discovered the super low MF on 24m/10k.

I went to the dealer with my price which originally called for more discounting on the sale price but the RV was 5% higher on there proposal than what I received on the leasehacker/Edmunds site. they used a different lender. So I didn’t negotiate much more on pricing just brought the rebates out.

So, the RV covered my difference in requested price, and I ended up with a monthly payment lower than I was planning for with a fully loaded Denali.

Illinois:

  • MSRP: 93585
  • Dealer Price = 81,000
  • Term: 10k/24m
  • RV: 67% (Higher than LH calc)
  • MF: .00032917 .8% (Crazy MF compared to other terms on the 24m)
  • DAS: 2500
  • Fees: ~800, Taxes ~7%
  • Rebates: 5750
    • GM Private Offer = 250
    • Costco = 1k
    • Transportation Unit = 2750
    • GM Employee Family & Friends = 1700
  • Monthly Payment = $588

Leasehackr community was so important to helping me understand everything (atleast well enough).

The dealer I worked with has many more 2025 Denali’s on the lot and some that also qualify at least for the loaner incentive. PM me if you are in the area and looking for one, they are looking to move them.

great work! Just curious, with a MF that low, why did you decide to still do the $2500 DAS?

also, what lender did they use if it wasn’t GMF? Be sure to post your deal to the “Signed Deals” section.

Two very good questions. I put money down because mentally that’s what I decided I was doing and was my proposed numbers when contacting dealers. Hindsight with that rate could have stuck the 2500 in a savings account and been better off. More lessons learned!

Looking closer it looks like GM financial did hit my credit. I assumed it was the lessee company due to the differences in residual but looks like it was GMF.

Curious what you think of the ride quality on this rig. Is it noisy as a brick on the interstate ?

I have one of these as my loaner while my hummer EV gets its battery replaced. It is hands down the nicest truck i have ever driven, so much quieter and smoother then the hummer. even compared to cars the only comparison i can make is to my wraith. Just unreal how nice this truck is

Any idea what kind of mi/kwh you’re averaging on the interstate ?

That’s my biggest hang up with EVs since they drop considerably at higher wind resistance.

Honestly i have no idea. I start the day with “380” and drive 200-240 miles all highway above 80mph and usually have over a 1/4 tank left when home
