Just signed Lightning XLT, 24/10k, $227/mth including tax, 1st month due at signing. It was the last day for the $2500 Ford PCO, so i jumped on it. It will replace my Ariya which is due back in a couple of months.
I reached out to a local dealer Saturday night asking if he could lease it at $225/mth, with 1st due at signing. I told him a 12% discount plus all the incentives would get us there. He replied back this morning that he could do it. No negotiation required (makes me think i should have been more aggressive 
). Payment went up a couple of dollars since i had to get a new plate. Actual discount was a bit more than 12% because they add a ~$1000 package onto every vehicle, but at least it includes some sort of tire protection.
