Here’s some info for anyone hunting. I am not going to send anyone my lease contract or deal sheets. Please put in some effort to negotiate a selling price.
Selling price: The range was 5-11% off for loaners.
MF is 0.00124 for Luxury.
MF is 0.00137 for Sport.
Deduct 0.00042 for one pay.
Residual is 74% for 24/10k.
The incentives are listed in post 1. I wanted to do the GM card $500 but dealer didn’t want to bother with it. I was a little irritated but didn’t want to go back and forth on it.
Tax credits bring Texas sales tax down to ~2.5%.
0 acq, 225 doc, 600 govt fees.
Hope this helps. Use the calculator to come up with a reasonable monthly you can achieve.
Personal opinion:
dealers don’t want to replicate deals especially if you mention forums/hacking etc.
maybe it’s a pride thing. Or losing the ability to milk each customer.

Congrats! I briefly tried to hack an Optiq Lux 2, but the sales guy at Central Houston never returned my phone calls. I’m envious of your low monthly payment and beautiful interior.

I helped my friends to take 7 leases last Friday for 309 per month/ 24 month/ 12k miles. Some are Lux1 and Some are sport1.

I got a quote from them and they force a $7,000 Cadillac care package to receive any incentives. They told me straight up they understand I qualify for and they can give me incentives (Costco, conquest, courtesy vehicle). But they won’t. They wouldn’t budge on $1600 for oil changes. I mentioned it was an EV and they did not care.
This may have been the worst dealer experience I have ever had.

There are some loaners Covert Bee Cave. I was going to try to hack them. But, don’t really need another EV.

I got quotes on insurance the same price as an 24 Equinox EV. Roughly $100/mo for ours. (our 22 I-Pace is like $160/mo)
Can vary pretty heavily I assume based on driving history and location. I just did a bunch of quotes for here in LA and I got from 280- 500 a month with a clean record.
