Thanks for the reply!
May I ask if that car is still available? I am interested in that ix even if it has jacked MF. It seems like better deal than what I can find. Also is there any IX that you find might be a good deal through your cross shopping? Could you please tell me which dealer might have one that is a good deal for leasing 2025 ix? Thanks!
Thanks for sharing. Maybe I’m misunderstanding, but doesn’t the bulletin basically say that service loaners and demos qualify as long as they’re under 15,000 miles, while the 5,000-mile limit only applies to retired BMW NA company vehicles?
That’s how I understood these programs before. The dealers I spoke with never told me what the actual incentive amount was, they just quoted a $7,500 credit. If eligible loaners under 15,000 miles can receive the $12,000 FS lease credit shown here, then it seems like some dealers may not be passing through the full incentive. Did your dealer show you the actual incentive worksheet or a mileage-based incentive chart?
This lease credit amount is particular only for the 2025 ix. Each vehicle has their own incentives.
From what I remember, I had a total of $9,500 incentives and he broke that out to $7500 for lease credit and $2,000 for loyalty. I questioned him on why not $12,000 for the lease credit and his response was that the vehicle had over 8k miles and did not qualify.
possibly.
Is it zero drive off or do you have tax and fees due at signing? Your ix45 numbers seem a bit off if we assume zero drive off. Now, did you sit on both vehicles? The ix45, if it has sport seats, is a much better option compared to 2025 models. You are also getting the air suspension and rear wheel steering.
Ooh, some good discussion here on lease incentives for BMW which have gotten a bit more complex than last time I leased one in 2023. My i4 lease is up soon and I’m looking for some kind of unicorn-esque deal on an i4, i5, or iX.
Here’s what I think is going on right now for June, but if anyone out there, brokers or otherwise, has some corrections, please let me know!
- BMW i4
- 2026 New - $3750 lease credit + $1000 loyalty (500/500 dealer match)
- 2026 Loaner in service before Jan. 1 2026 - $7500 lease credit + $1000 Loyalty (500/500 again)
- 2025 New - $7500 lease credit + $2000 loyalty (1000/1000 dealer match)
- 2025 Loaner (< 15k miles) - $7500 + $2000 loyalty (1000/1000 dealer match)
- BMW i5
- 2026 New - $3750 lease credit + $2000 loyalty
- 2026 Loaner in service before Jan. 1 2026 - $7500 lease credit + $2000 loyalty
- 2025 New - $7500 lease credit + $2000 loyalty
- 2025 Loaner (<15k miles) - $7500 + $2000 loyalty
- BMW iX
- 2026 New - $7500 lease credit + $2000 loyalty
- 2026 Loaner - ???
- 2025 Loaner (<5k miles) - $12000 lease credit + $2000 loyalty
- 2025 Loaner (>5k miles, <15k) - $7500 + $2000 loyalty
- 2025 New - $12000 lease credit + $2000 loyalty
Is that right?
And “Corporate Fleet” vehicles under 5k miles can also be leased and treated as a loaner for the above incentives?
Thanks for any help you can provide!
I have done some research on the ix so I would say that is correct for the new 2025 that has 12k discount, the 12k of on the 2025 loaner is not sure since I have checked the recent deal in signed section and did not see any 12k off. And the MF for 2025 ix50 without markup is 0.00030 and for 2026 right now it is 0.00175. So in general you should be able to get a better deal for 2025 even if it only have 7.5 k rebate.
And this should be corrected. However I have seen so many of them discounted around 30% but have 6-8k miles. If you came across one that under 5k miles and you are not interested in please let me know.

Bottom line: Deal 1 is anchor only. Have not tried on both deal 2 and 3 cars yet. Still deciding. 5888 down and 7.5k miles is because I found a car that has a good deal for 2026 model and I asked them to replicate the structure. Now I am trying to get a 10k miles quote and with minimum tax and fees for easy comparison.
Deal-2 looks good if you are able to get your target numbers. If they can’t get those target numbers, I would try to get Deal-3 to $30k or lower especially since it has got many options. You might be missing the sunroof though.
It is also worth noting the DAPP situation. Tbh, I found it to be annoying - the driver distraction feature is too aggressive. It asks me to keep eyes on the road too often. And, I had to disable the lane change feature too. I love the hands-free driving but now leaning more into keeping hands-on to avoid those nagging sound to keep eyes on road. I believe DAP(assistant Plus) is available on 2025 through connected drive as a subscription -that gives you hands-on lane centering. If that’s acceptable for you, you want to consider Deal-1 too or get them to sweeten it a bit to make it even more attractive to sign it.

Thanks for your reply! I did not know that before. I will reconsider Deal 1. Is the upgraded version DAP is the same one you are using right now? Would you say it is good enough for daily use?
You have pretty good deals to choose from during a time when IX is becoming hard to get.
So… is my deal good? ![]()
No I am also in NorCal/Bay Area market, inventory for 2025 is pretty much dried up and only decent inventory I can see is in SoCal/LA area but those folks are not budging on selling price at all. I guess we both are looking at the same few cars and imo they’re not worth that money. The ~27% car got sold few days ago, I almost got it but it got sold earlier the same day I went in.
Mine is 2026 ix45 with dapp, so not really sure how it switched between dap and dapp. Dapp comes with its own hardware so it’s missing in vehicles without that. So I am not sure how good the DAP will be on those vehicles. But it’s better you make sure you have the option to subscribe to DAP and parking asst prof from connected drive.

I think it’s a very solid deal in today’s market. Your total costs is even lower than the benchmark I currently have.![]()
Wow there is a 27% discounted one? That is wild. I might keep looking until the end of the month. Would you say BMWFS will stop supporting the 0.00030 MF in next quarter for 2025 ix or not? If they will support it then I will keep lookin until September.
Thanks I will take a look.
Seems like the dap is good enough. I will reconsider and take the deal one back into my lists. Thanks for all the information you provided!
