First time hacking my own lease after using a broker twice. Pretty much was nice but firm over text with all of these dealers. After their initial proposal I sent back a leasehackr calculator with all the incentives properly applied. This dealer’s original proposal was $1100/mo with $0 DAS. I sent back the calculator and laid out my rationale, expected to hear nothing back, and then they sent a revised proposal (which was close-ish to my calculator) last night and I signed today.

Could you share the details, negotiating a demo with more miles but am I little bit higher then what you closed at.

If you’re close on numbers you can try one last push with a proposal and say you will sign today (mean it) if they can achieve it. Ultimately it’s up to the dealer what they want to accept. If you can’t get to something that you’re OK with then just move on.

You’re brand new it seems based on read time, I would look at the other recent iX threads for inspiration rather than this one (no offense OP!). The truth is while inventory remains low, the actual market value of these used iX loaners is in the mid to high 60’s, if that. You won’t find a broker to do it, but if you work hard on your own you can maybe find someone willing to hit that selling price at buy rate MF before all incentives, with zero add ons.

Thanks man super close have the price around 68 but has 10k miles and a accident!

If your payment is near $600, that selling price includes all rebates. You need to get there before the rebates.

Yup exactly with all rebates it’s about 680 all in with 1k 36/7,500. Taxes and fees rolled in.

Right, take a look at the other threads.

haha brutal man!

Congrats on the new ride!
