Just searched on cars.com, looked up the carfax records of all certified vehicles to confirm they are retired service loaners and then started negotiations with several out-of-state dealers. The in-state dealers would only offer max of 15% discount off MSRP, while I found some out-of-state dealers offering 20+% discount before rebates.
