Went for the crazy PND on leasehackr during Thanksgiving (the $39x payment in CA). Unfortunately, the deal ran out while we were processing it.
Ended up using that as a bench mark to shop my own deal in TX.
MSRP: $70,xxx
Discount: 15%
Incentives: 1500 audi cash + 7500 federal EV
MF: .00231 (dealer told me this was buy rate but this is .00030 higher than the PND, maybe someone here can verify)
Terms: 24 / 7500mi.
Payment: 54x
DAS: $19xx
Note: Texas lease tax credit applied, dealer wanted 990 for tint and ppf, paid 690
Overall this was the only dealer that entertained the number I proposed. Another dealer offered payment in the $65x but quoted .00271 for the MF.
One dealer straight up said, “if you are seeing numbers from online like leasehackr - they are fake!” 
Another win in my book thanks to the help from leasehackr. Been doing this for 10+ years it feels like.
