The key to this deal was picking the right Demo. Can search Nationwide from the Porsche website - they have an option for Demo/Loaners. They were able to make a better deal on the higher MSRP than those under $100K. Out of 23 dealers that I contacted only 2 matched this deal which was based off of the SIGNED deal by @zick2 (Many thanks to him!) I enquired on a number of different colors/options. Ended up getting the same exact color and specs as @zick2. Not sure if scoring on this particular build is a coincidence or not. Most dealers said this deal was impossible.
