I negotiated with dealer to be all-in at $214.29/mo effective including my 8.2% sales tax. It’s everything other than my DMV registration. There was actually 0 paid at signing, but they moved some of the rebate to ‘make’ the first payment for me of $223.61. So I will only be paying 23 payments of $223.61 = $5143.03 (which divided by 24 months = $214.29 effective). This was at Nissan of Arapahoe Rd. in the south Denver area. I think I would have actually gotten a better deal in September as the rebates were the same but the residual was 2% pts higher. Also I will be driving closer to 13k mi/yr. If I’m 6k mi over on the lease, Nissan has a cool deal where you just pre-pay online 30+ days out from the end of your lease at 10 cents/mile. So if I drive what I think, it’ll be another $600. It is cheaper to do it this way vs had I gotten a 12k/mi lease in which the residual would’ve made the effective payment $40 more per month.
