Anyone can open LLC in Colorado and hope Hyundai financial approves you. Then flip it back to home state
Again, it is up to Hyundai/Kia to approve at all. I opened a foreign LLC office in Oregon for my main business since Oregon has tons more rebates and no sales tax compared to my home state. CCAP approved it right away and no issues with registering the car. You can’t have a business that does no business. My LLC is over 10 years old so I can piggyback off those credentials when applying.
